Brandhackers Post at post.brandhackers.dk is a tool for scheduling and publishing posts on social channels: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Business Profile. It is a self-hosted installation of Postiz v2.25.0. For now it is for internal use by Brandhackers' own brands only.

Who may use the service

Access is granted by the provider. You must be at least 18 years old and be entitled to act for the accounts and brands you connect. You sign in with Google.

Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for all content you upload, schedule and publish. You must hold the rights to text, images, video and music. You must follow the rules of the platforms you publish on, including the terms and guidelines of TikTok, Meta and Google/YouTube.

You must label content correctly, for example advertising, paid partnerships and AI-generated content, when the platform or the law requires it.

Prohibited use

No uptime guarantee

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it runs without interruption or errors, or that a post is published at a specific time. Platforms can reject or delay a post, and their APIs can change. We can take the service down for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, or loss caused by a platform rejecting, removing or delaying content or suspending an account. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. If the service is free, that amount is zero. This limit does not apply to intent or gross negligence, and it does not override mandatory law.

Termination and disconnecting accounts

You can stop at any time by disconnecting your connected accounts in the tool and writing to infobrandhackers@gmail.com. We can disconnect or close your access without notice if you break these terms or the platforms' rules, or if it is necessary for security. Data is deleted as described in our privacy policy.

Open source code (AGPL)

The service is built on Postiz, released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). The source code is at https://github.com/gitroomhq/postiz-app. Third-party software and trademarks belong to their owners.

Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. The current version is on this page with a date. If you use the service after a change, you accept the new terms. Last updated: 5 October 2026.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are decided by the Spanish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
